Membership application.
To apply for membership fill out the on-line membership application form.
In the course of maximum 5 days you will receive your booking membership number and pin-code, and a payment giro-card. When the giro-card has been paid, then you can play squash!
(Your membership number and pin code constitute your booking ID, either at the touch screen in the club, or via internet connection.)
Changes in membership, address or e-mail
If you have changed home- or e-mail address, or wish to change your membership status, please fill out the re-address via the club’s website application form. (In Danish).
Court bookings
Courts can be booked in the following ways:
- Via the touch screen in the club.
- Via www.hsqk.dk under ”banebooking”.
- Via voice response on the telephone number: 4542 1318, with associated club number: 34
Booking rules
Members can maximum have 2 court reservations at any one time.
When you enter the club premises, you must confirm your booking on the club touch screen, with your member number and pin-code, in order to activate the turning-on of the lights of the court in question.
- If you have not logged in for your booked court reservation on the club’s touch screen latest 10 minutes after the beginning of your court reservation, other members present in the club at the time have the possibility of over-booking your missed log-in, and thereby your court reservation.
- If you do not pay your subscription on time, you risk having to wait up to 7 days before you can again make a reservation.
- As a member you are entitled to invite a guest, - who is not a member of HSQK -, by booking “gæste” (guest) together with your membership number. Subsequently, you will receive a giro-card demanding payment for your guest.
- Normally 2 member numbers are required for each court reservation. Exceptions are clip-cards, where one clip of the card represents a court for 2 persons, or if you have booked in with a guest (“gæste”).
- Please remember to cancel any court reservation that you do not expect to, or know that you cannot, make!!!
- It is possible to receive a text message or e-mail to confirm any reservation.
Clip-cards
There are 2 ways of ordering a clip-card:
- via www.hsqk.dk
- Or send a text message to 2321 8640, stating your member number + clip-card.
Within 5 days you should receive a giro-card. When this has been registered as paid, then you can use your new clip-card.
N.B. Remember to order in good time!
Internal rankings list.
This list (“Rangliste” in Danish) rougly reflects the relative strengths among the club’s players. If you want to join this list, click first on “Intern rangliste” and then again on “Tilmeld dig ranglisten her”.
You can challenge anyone on the list. If one of the 2 players does not turn up for a pre-agreed game, then he/she loses the game automatically.
Results can be submitted by clicking first on “Intern rangliste”, and then again on “Indsende kamp resultat”.
Squash and sports clothing.
Horsens Squash Club has an agreement with the sports clothing company Stadium, which entitles you as a member to purchase a variety of clothing products at reduced prices.
First click on “Sæsonens profilguide, Stadium, læs her”, and then again on “profilguide her”. You can place orders by further clicking on “bestillingsseddel her”.
